No Rush on the Israeli Palestinian Front: A Rush to Slowdown

The Palestinians announced that they will move forward with UN participation in more organizations as part of the UN recognition of a Palestinian state in Gaza and the West Bank. The Israelis responded and said no problem and no to an early release and deal on Palestinian prisoners. The bottom line might look as a loss loss but it is not, not in an area like the Middle East. The Israeli public is not enthusiastic about releasing who they consider convicted criminals and the Palestinians are not eager to receive them without a deal that could move the talks further towards a state and the Americans are not in rush in releasing convicted spy Pollard as part of the ' exchange program' to ease Israeli public anger over releasing Palestinisn prisoners and because it could create a precedent for other American spies in prisons. So no one in rush and accordingly why the rush.
